Coda Corporation Group, its subsidiaries and its specialized firms are incorporated and registered with operational and associate offices in eastern, southern and central Africa which includes Kenya, South Africa, Malawi, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana, Kingdom of Swaziland as well as United States. The Group has established associate offices in Abidjan, Ethiopia and Angola pending incorporation.

The Group has been in existence for about thirty years. It was founded simultaneously in the East Africa sub-region as well as in United States. Starting as a family business, Coda has restructured to reflect an international as well as a wide range of management and ownership structure. The main principle of ownership and management has been that the Group, its subsidiaries and specialized divisions in each of the sub-regions and the countries, have been incorporated and operate within the legal and regulatory framework of each country or region. The Group is essentially an African enterprise despite incorporation and operations outside the African continent.
