    Its like a family company, people do work as a team and relate well at the junior level but the management level, they rate themselves as big people. people are hard working and always ready to work.

    The management does not listen to junior staff issues, departments are handled differently. There is discrimination in salary increment. Male earn less salary compared to female.

    Bob Morgan is a private company where everyone can work irrespective of background. It gives employees the right chance to express their thought and opinions however, it is a company where everybody can work without being bullied by anyone or top management.

    Well the demerits of working with Bob Morgan is that the wages being paid is minimal, because the working hours should be 8 hours but here we work for 12 hours without being paid the overtime in other words is a waste of time.
