  • Pros

    Working with UBEC is really fun, I mean very interesting because you also learn from the children and understand the human differences in each child and what they seam to like.

  • Cons

    What I hate here is the nature of payment, at times you stay for months without being paid. And there is always series of crisis in the local government where I work which is a discouraging factor too.
