Every individual is to determine and develop your career path where mentorship is encouraged to help individual focus on his career path. The code of business principle also enable us to have industry best practice that every other company aspire to achieve. Such is a great place to work.
The company policies complicate the way we work. It takes longer time for a simple job to be approved because of too many authorization which makes process cumbersome. Because of our core values, Unilever shun all forms of bribery and corruption among suppliers, third parties, and government agencies. People tend to mistaken it to rudeness and arrogance. There is huge disparities between junior staff and management staff in term of take home. My advice is that they should try and reduce the gap to gainfully have employees unalloyed loyalty which will reduce attraction rate.
