it is an interesting place to work in such that it makes one knows how to keep the house tidy because that is one of our major job, but additional important is when to act when an incident happens such as life threatening issues like an accident we are taught on how to quickly act as assistant Nurse, we can work with the emergency team as well and work in the field of humanitarian sites. Generally it is a wonderful place to work and learn so many things.
For my years working there i don't see any downsides in there unless one is lazy then you may find it bit difficult because it requires smartness, energetic and calmness because you are to work with different people and different patients and in different wards.
