It has been rewarding working with Silverage Limited. I joined the company after my impressive performance as a Youth Corper since 2016/2017 service year. Since my retention as a Business Development Officer and now a Manager, I have successfully widen the scope of its clientele base from not just Banking industry as it were but, to Telecoms, Oil and Gas Industries, Hospitality etc. Also, not limiting our supply capacity to Corporate Gift and Promotional Gift items but, introducing supplies of Health and Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs). This has been beneficial and has earned the Company Millions of Naira. I have in two consecutive times won a Price Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Nigeria LNG Limited. I brought huge businesses from TOTAL Nigeria Plc, West African Gas Pipeline Company, West African Ventures, Folawiyo Aje Petroleum, Cummins Nigeria Limited, Addax Petroleum, Society for Family Health etc.
In all that is good, certainly there must be some downsides. Silverage Limited has unconsciously lost some of its valued client by way of late delivery as against the agreed delivery lead time, causing dissatisfaction. Also, the Company is not realistic keeping terms the terms of profit sharing and commission.
