The company encourages people to engage and start micro business by funding them which made me to be the one to meet the prospective ones and market them.
There are too much defaults on the part of the clients and one's salary is used to clear it. Also, if there's any mistake on the part of the staff, the proprietor doesn't listen to the affected staff before dismissing that staff , most especially if it is the senior staff that reported and the senior staff might not even know what the field officer encounters on the field that led to the mistake.
