    - Would love to teach the children and perhaps give them quality education that they deserve. - Like the fact that the establishment was to help tackle the problem of education in the rural area. - School owner willingness to upgrade the school and environment.

    -Bad management by the principal. - Poor learning environment - No organizational development and services - Underpayment of workers - Poor income generation due to location - Poor school setting
