Actually this company involved production of table egg and fishery (catfish ). My best reason of working in this company is to have more practical experiences. My boss taught me the rudiment of poultry Farm, how to sort your eggs, selling of eggs, how to apply medication and vaccine the rules to follow when use vaccine, how to brood from day old chick to point of laying, also how to combine two drug together and attain a good result, in fact, how I can manage poultry and get a good result.
Too stressful in the sense that am the assistance manager, sales Rep that is selling the eggs to the customer and also the driver that convey the egg to our different depot and also convey feed to farm. and the salary is too small.
