Oga Taxi is West Africa's premier community focused taxi app. Founded June 2014 with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. Oga Taxi is currently operational in Lagos, Abuja and Rivers, working with partners and individual drivers. We are now open to partnerships with individuals who want to put their car and driver under our platform to be used for taxi business.

Assessing partner vehicle

Present the details of your vehicle like Make, Model, Year and color of interior and exterior of the car. At the moment Oga Taxi is only accepting 2004 cars and newer (with e-tags for toll) from partners. Also vehicle documents must be complete and up to date. Someone from Oga Taxi will physically inspect the car before approval.

Provision of phone for app service

Partners are required to provide a smart phone for the driver to be able to use the Oga Taxi app. Most android phones (except itels and tecno), version 5.1 and above (we recommend brand name phones for GPS accuracy) will work or an iphone 5 and above.

Verification, activation and orientation

Once all the above requirements are met, the driver will be verified, get his account activated to be able to start using the app and also get an ‘on-the-road’ real life orientation on how the app works.
