1. To earn my living. 2. To move the Fund forward. 3. To gain field working experience. 4. To update my curriculum vitae. 5. To live a good record about my self. 6. To benefit from payment of salary on time.
1. No proper administration working attitude. 2. Staff are fighting for powers all the time. 3. No payment of allowances on time. 4. Some Staff envy others including progresses out side the Fund. 5. No payment of housing allowance at the end of the year.

1. Salary scale is less. 2. No proper administration working attitude with the Staff. 3. Most staffs fight for power. 4. Some staffs envy others who progress even outside the Fund. 5. No proper placement of staff in the Fund. 6. Allowances are not paid on time.
