The bank has good work culture. This culture is obtainable in other affiliates in other countries.
The bank has low work/life balance as Saturday banking is made compulsory without pay. Also, the Operations employees are not readily allowed to go on annual leave. The job security is low especially for operation staffs as they are always being threatened. Lastly the current management is biased on the salary grid and favours their allies. The salary grid is worrisome to employees that do not belong or have privilege to belong among management cabal.
