Pros

I positively and knowingly applied to use the skills and experiences acquired over the years to work and uplift a public sector organization to attain the the kind of efficiencies noted in well-organized and successful private sector organizations and NGOs. Having been recruited as a Deputy Director, work place politics underplayed the enthusiasm and killed all known best efforts and desires. Public sector organizations cannot improve and attain efficiency due to redtapism and demagogues who play down best efforts.
