    Family business. The owners do not practice what they preach. They feel they can hire and fire at will and coerce staff into resigning. Turnover there is massively high. Terrible place to work

    Management claims they are seeking for change in the company culture, but they are not.They fire anyone who challenges the status quo. Employees are dismissed unfairly for non dismissal offences. There is no job security. The culture and work environment is hostile. Typical one man business characteristics.
