  We do both preventive and curative aspects of health as in immunization, health education, consultation, minor surgery, receiving labour etc. At least you meet people with different health needs in the clinic and the community.

  The salary structure is not encouraging, no prompt promotion and delay in implementation of promotions, great salary difference with state workers and welfare of staff is bad.

The edifice habitating the Local Government Service Commission was built and utilized by the Federal Government in the mid 60s before being passed on to the State Government for use. The edifice is one of the old structures being used by the State Government before moving to the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja.

Local Government Service Commission was established under the Local Government Law NO 14 of 1976 and contained in the Revised Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015 Cap L43.
