      *Learn much more in relating with clients especially on the phone. *Must be coordinated and discipline with words. *Must be fluent in English language or any local language as the case maybe while in conversation with the company's client on phone. *Must appear smartly and corporate so as to keep the company's standard. *No quarreling or misunderstanding between colleagues if found might lead to dismissal of such staff. *Not obeying the company's lay down rules can also lead to immediate dismissal of staff *Render Selfless services
