Heartland Alliance is one of the best organizations to work with. I was opportune to work with them for 2 years as a focal service provider. It's an organization that will allow you to grow in your career and build your knowledge through capacity-building seminars. The truth is that, after working with them you can comfortably work with any other organizations.
It depends on the zone you're working, for my zone I had this one woman ( I won't mention name) that always on my neck. She made the working environment unconducive for us. I wasn't the only person complaining about her.
