-Unstructured Organization very unstable with alot of changing policies -Terrible Management, they are scared of the Managing Director -The MD treat his staff like slaves, over-work them and talk to them in a condescending way -The Company revolves round the MD - Negotiate your take home well, they have history of giving you large salary package on paper and paying peanut. -Lastly they don't pay pension
