Gtbank is a place you can learn what excellent service really means and how to run your own business if you decide to. They pay very well and allowances to motivate staff(full staff).
It's so tedious, they pay you well to give results they don't care how, just get the job done, No excuses. Disclaimer: you might have a high BP.

The company is a service-oriented and very Ethical in nature. It's a safest place to work.
Cashiers are popularly known as "tellers" who are overworked and underpaid. I don't know whether it's because they are contract staff. They are simply used as tools to achieve quality service always rendered to customers. The cashiers can work better only if they can be motivated monetarily. They should not dwell only on their small salary only, they should be part of quarterly profit sharing called cost of living allowance(COLA) no matter how small, that way they will fill belong.

(Current employee)
Just gain experience.
Poor salary, no HMO, no quarterly allowance except 13th month, poor payment of pensions, no promotion until after 2years with them and so on. Due to the situations in Nigeria where jobs is very hard to find you may want to consider what is on ground to provide food on the table. Working in Gtb is tough and I will not want to advise anyone with future to come and work as a driver because they will abuse you with work and you will have nothing to show for it.
