The company has continued to play a leading role in the production, processing, packaging, marketing and distribution of various milk products in Nigeria. With an annual turnover of N121 billion in 2015 and a market share driven by her key brands, Peak and Three Crowns.It pioneered the manufacture of evaporated milk and the introduction of fortified milk based products in Nigeria. It is currently ISO 22000 certified (for Can manufacture and Evaporated milk manufacturing process); OHSAS 18001; ISO 14001certified and is the first dairy company in Nigeria to be HACCP certified.

The programme’s main projects include; Water Project, School Adoption and Tertiary Endowments.
The company has since commissioned 41 solar boreholes, supported 18 public secondary schools with learning materials and given annual endowments to 6 tertiary institutions to support research. These benefits have been spread across the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
In addition to our Corporate Citizenship Projects, FCWAMCO supports 29 charities spread across Nigeria. By donating cash and product gifts to these charities, FCWAMCO has contributed in ameliorating the difficulties of the less privileged in our society.
To further increase its local content and support the Federal Government’s initiative to grow the Agriculture sector, FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc commenced the Dairy Development Program in August 2010. Under this successful commercial scale dairy farming in Oyo state, Nigeria, the company works with over 1600 local dairy farmers (960 female). These farmers have milked for subsistence for generations but now things are changing and the results are impressive!
This programme is gradually developing into a full national program as the company is dedicated to making the Dairy Development Program a success by ensuring the transfer of Technological know-how on milk production to Nigerian farmers.
By sharing knowledge and providing a market for these farmers, FrieslandCampina WAMCO contributes to improving the quality and quantity of raw milk, the social position of farmers and also increase self-sufficiency/food security of the nation.
