It is a good learning and skill development place for people just starting out in the nonprofit space. It is a good avenue for hands on experience and dedicated staff who are willing to go the extra mile to assist. It has a relaxed working environment which ensures daily responsibilities can be carried out with little or no pressure.
It lacks structure and good senior management therefore job security is not guaranteed. The bureaucracy has a strong tendency to diminish the motivation and morale of staffs. Career growth and salary increment is almost non existent.
