They have passion for fistula and family planning in Nigeria we are the best in treatment of fistula VVF we are touching live of women who have lost hope of doing other things like fellow women does.
The downside of this company is that it is a contract job not a permanent job and is renewed after 5years if there are funding. that is the biggest challenge in working in a contractual company.

Engender health /fistula care project: are into treating women who are leaking urine because of prolong labor and it become vvf. I enjoy working with engender health. I have travelled to about 26 states in Nigeria because of fistula work.
The disadvantage of working with engender health is contract job is not a permanent job, they renew contract after 5years. I am looking for a permanent job without renewal worked and retired.
