I learnt the place of planning, having a good team to work with.As a leader, strategy and modality must always be in place. Good organization, time management. When we fix time everyone fit to their allotted time. I work here with ease, no tension even when there's pressure, we work as one, we don't have to wait for who was supposed to do a particular job when there's pressure. We organize programs,outreaches,etc.,type the GO's book and every assignment given must be delivered within the time frame if not, you'll be sanctioned.
