I worked with American university of Nigeria yola for almost ten years and it is only once they promote me and also they denied hazard allowance which is very important because of the nature of my job fire fighter and again for the past almost ten years I have never attended any seminars, while the university scale is not transparent in the sense that some secondary school certificate earn more than diploma holders.
