Working at Alberv Engineering and Construction Limited has helped enhance my Technical skills and knowledge I was assisting Technical/Engineering officer my functions was conducting engine operations, control and preventive maintenance by following the operational manual. This has increased my accuracy in working according to operation manual and instructions. However, I was priviledged to work also in the workshop where I was exposed to Electrical equipment and its Operations this knowledge has helped me obey workshop safety precautions and know how to handle electrical installation and repairs of electrical fault. This Company also organize seminar on importance of team work, good Communication skills and customer relationship these seminars have improved my knowledge and skills on being a good team player and thus, creating a good working environment.
