    When a solution is presented based on any identified gap in implementation that is not in the original strategy by the State coordinator, it is always given attention for analysis for passage to the International office in United State for approval.

  • Cons

    Transportation stipends for partners were not sufficient for the partners. This led to the reduction of efforts by some partners in support to some of the activity implementation.
