    On the job learning. It gives you the opportunity to have vast understanding and knowledge through the numerous clients we have. Also team work enables you to be exposed to diverse cultures and different strategies you can use to get the same results.

    Politics- Having to manage the perception of different managers you get to work with in a year (between 6-8) managers. No work life balance as some times you are expected to work as late as 1am and report to work again by 8am.
