The major pros here is that you get first hand experience, building and developing yourself while multitasking.
The first thing is that they wont tell you that you will get paid after 40 days of working hard instead of 30 days. the company will always find a reason to shortpay you on the bonus that you are using to maintain yourself. There is no work or management structure meaning that no certain career growth, no increase in salary after probation, no promotion, nothing. Lastly, its just a company to work with if you dont want to stay at home jobless.

The salary doesnt come till 10th of the following month and sometimes 11th 0r 12th which means you work 40days before being paid, an office worker salary is a chinese staff weekly allowance. The company will always find a reason to short pay you on your bonus after you have worked hard for the month. The work and management structure is disastrous, no career growth or promotion, no HMO and benefits. In summary, its just a company to work with if you dont want to sit at home jobless.
